    Juicy fresh strawberries and a buttery topping make this strawberry crumble one of my favorite summer desserts!! Simple ingredients and only 5 minutes of prep time, I'll be making this crumble over and over again, all summer long!

    • 4 cups quartered or halved strawberries
    • 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar (depending how sweet are your strawberries)
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
    • 3 tablespoons sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    • 3 tablespoons cold butter, diced
    • 1 egg yolk
